unlimited remote service plans. Prices may vary depending on environment.

offsite backup storage– Call for more information, price dependant on
environment and location.
1) Per hour normal rate is $75.00
Onsite work - One hour minimum. Billed in 30 minute increments after first hour. Travel fee dependant on location.
Remote work/Phone Support – ½ hour minimum. No travel fee. Billed at $37.50 per half hour.
2) Block of hours –
1 -10 hours $75/hour
11 -30 hours $70.00/hour
31 -50 hours $65.00/hour
51+ hours $57.50/hour
Block hours must be used within 2 years of
purchase. All on site visits would use a minimum of one hour per visit, while
remote support would use a minimum of 30 minutes per call. Travel would be
deducted per 15 minutes.
